Budget and wattage needs? You posted a link to a supposed 1000 watt amp for 50 bucks. Watts are cheap these days, but that's not realistic at all. So you need to either up your price range, to downgrade your wattage.

I see your sub is rated for 500 watts rms. So basically you are looking for an amp that does 500-700 watts at 4ohm mono or 1ohm mono (probably 4ohm). We just need a budget to start giving suggestions.
