Will this amp work with this sub?

Here's the sub I have:

Kicker CVR10

Dual 4ohm voice coil - 300 watt rms - 600 max

Here's the amp that is being offered to me:

It's currently wired in parallel to a 150 watt Kenwood amp. The Bostwick is 1ohm and I'm not sure if that will work or not.
