will this amp power these subs?

Well, the subs you linked to are 8 Ohm drivers. This means you cannot get lower than a 4 Ohm final resistance load out of them together.

Having said that the Kicker Comps are rated for 150w each. At 4 Ohms that amp is rated to output 500w. (I have zero clue about the accuracy of that rating having never fooled with any of Visonik's gear...)

In a sealed box? Probably a pretty optimum matchup on a budget...

I've never messed with a Visonik amp either, but considering it is a class a/b amp, it's optimally rated at 800w/2 ohms and has 2x25A fuses - it seems obvious to me it's over-rated.

Going by fuse size and giving it the benefit of the doubt it will do around 600w at 2 ohms. Which translates to around 400w at 4 ohms.

It's over-rated, but should work ok for a pair of 8 ohm Comp 10's.
