will this amp overpower theses subs???

i have a memphis 1000d amp (1100 watts @ 1 ohm) will that overpower 2 12" memphis m3's. there only rated for 300 rms a piece but sum ppl say they could handle it??

Mephisis are tough you might be ok keep the box pretty small and watch your gains, should work alright. But, then again I don't know much.

that amp was originally designed to power two of those subs you'll be fine
