Thanks for all the help I really do appreciate it. I have learned my lesson on this one next time I wont make the same mistake, I didn't know that mixing the subs would cause this problem hooked up to separate amps. This is my first time messing with anything audio since I was in high school kicking MTX Terminators with my Punch 40 Amp that stuff used to bang, now I'm 33. I got all this on Craigslist brand new for a really good deal. If I knew last week what I know now I would not have bought all of this together, even though I got it for the really good price that I did.
New Plan - will it work with stock electrical
So here is my plan I'm just going to use the set of Brutus 12s BRZ12D4s-RMS1200 and running 1 Audiopipe Mini APSM-1500 amp to those at 1 Ohm. I'm sure that the Brutus subs are better than the HFX12D4s, right considering they are almost double the handling RMS and double the price? So if I do this do you think it will work with stock 120 Amp Alternator running 0 gauge Monster OFC power and ground?
Future Plan
Maybe next month I will buy another set of the Brutus subs and that will make 4 and run my other Audiopipe Amp to those and also upgrade my electrical-Big 3, another battery and upgrade the Alt.
Not in my plans
I don't plan on going to any competitions, I just want to have some bang back there in the trunk, I'm more for SPL, but I do want it to sound good. Since I have a convertible it is going to be hard to accomplish really good SQ, from what I have read on several forums?
I will make sure that I buy good quality 6x9s for the inside I need four 6x9s, two for the door and two for the back panels. The 2000 Sebring JXI Limited Ed. I'm putting this in came with Infinity audio surround but it is starting to get really old now. So I'm thinking to try to get some SQ from the front of my car. What does anyone recommend I do here? It also has a 240 watt Infinity factory amp under passenger seat. When I bought the car it didn't have the factory Infinity head unit installed, now it has a pioneer HU, so I really don't know if the factory Infinity amp is even being used right now to push the four 6x9s and 2 dash speakers.
