Well I recently purchased a G31, later to find out shit is HUGE and will not fit under the hood.

Me and my boy went to his garage tonight to see what we can do //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif looks like shit but hey it works (the wiring will be cleaned up next week)

is it alittle bigger?

TADA... cant compete in the finals I suppose, lol. I think theres a rule that the battery must be in the tray.

i have to figure out where firrst, lol... also not to sure if a 15 foot run of power wire from alt to the battery will hurt my volts n e.... opinions n e one?

have u tried mounting it on its side?
yep, hood wont close. it sticks up 2" too high. so we hammered down a few pieces on the hood, but it still wont close. we would have to hammer the roll over near the tray bolt. the metal would have to be flat on an angle for it to fit on the side.

Running a power wire to the alt that long is similar to running a power wire that long to the amp. Just make 2-3 runs of 1/0 and it will be fine. BMWs do it and Im sure they dont have that many runs.

we were gonna try to get one in my truck but never got around to it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

no sir its 6 cans.its 900 CCA's compared to 750

the reserve compacity is alot more aswell

I went to the store today but woke up alittle late:rolleyes: they closed at 12 for some odd reason and I got there at 12:15.

so I guess bump:crap:

ima go to the shop tonight n see what i can possibly move from my engine bay to make it fit.
