Will it be enough?

4 gauge seems small. Add up the fuses on your amp and the distance you are running it and the chart will give you a good idea.

Code:
                                 Length of run (in feet)
Current 0-4 4-7 7-10 10-13 13-16 16-19 19-22 22-28

  0-20A 14 12 12 10 10 8 8 8
 20-35A 12 10 8 8 6 6 6 4
 35-50A 10 8 8 6 6 4 4 4
 50-65A 8 8 6 4 4 4 4 2
 65-85A 6 6 4 4 2 2 2 0
85-105A 6 6 4 2 2 2 2 0
105-125A 4 4 4 2 2 0 0 0
125-150A 2 2 2 2 0 0 0 00

Think some 4 gauge knu fleks would be enough? amp has an 80 amp fuse, The run is about 15 feet give or take. Trying to avoid spending another $80 bucks on 1/0 gauge, I could get 20 ft of knu fleks for $40 shipped. Anyways, you think I will be fine with just the optima, I don't plan on running it down much and want to keep it fully charged as much as possible, I play my music conservatively, no playing at lights/stopped, usually only crank the volume when I am going 30mph+.

You should be fine. 4 gauge should be fine in that setup, but it does not give you any upgrade potential. So if you add another amp, or upgrade your amp, you will need to remove the 4 gauge and upgrade to 1/0.
