will i notice a box to a 33/34hz box?

Right now I feel like i'm tuned too low... my 12" cvx is in a 2.3cf @ 29hz box. I was going to go to a fi 15" sealed, but I may be able to fit a ported box in there if I use aeroports. I wanted a little more output on music that doesn't go extremely low so I was planning on going sealed. But, if i stay ported and tune to the 33-34hz range, am i going to notice a difference from the tuning?

nope you wont. 1hz musically will not be audible to the ear. I had my 2 Cvrs 12 at 33hz and my q15 at 34hz and the Q seems able to go low. I plan to built another ported to 30 and set my subsonic at 27hz and that will be a killer.

the Q15 like big port. 12-16 sq inch per cu^3 but I had mine bigger than that and its certainly loud.
