if theres people that will spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on dumb crap like a dried dog terd from britney spears poodle. im sure limited edition amps will sell big amongst audio enthusiasts

I know old amps like the RF Power 1000 are still going for a lot.

Like $1,000 dollars a piece at times on ebay.

Also I could see old Zed amps one day being worth at least what you paid for them. Most the ones that could be worth anything, are already considered old school.

i don´t think so, we are the last generation that use caraudio as an interest, i dont think you can use caraudioproducts in 10-20 years in electric cars? but the americans can make the oil last longer and stop driving huuge cars with v8 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
I drive a 1974 Chevy C10 and a 1985 Cutlass and I don't plan on selling either one. Both have V-8's and I'll run them till you can't buy gas anymore.

Yes and no, if it were upper end and at least semi hard to find at the time it was released then yes. I doubt they would be 3x their original value but then again anything old is worth alot to a nastalga collector. Even old newspapers.

really depends....some amps like audison lrx series will be worth something few years

later..same with most arc audio amps..on the other hand stuff like alpine mrd/mrp

rockford p series and hifonics brutus and of course kenwood LOL wont get far

a car audio amp....no.... they will be half the size, and twice the power in 5-8 yrs i'd say...
maybe some multi thousand dollar home theater tube amps though...
Too late.

They will always make tube amps for HT, though. They just have a sound that nothing else can replicate, and that what makes them so special.

The demand of that will keep a market for tubes to be produced / designed open, and I don't think Tubes will die out for a long time. There will always be a small portion of the populace which are hardcore tube enthusiasts, but that small percent will be substantial enough to keep the market open.

Maybe, Like old men now paying big bucks for a 1940's car. Becaues they had one as a kid and it brings back memorys.

Some guy 30 years from now will see a sundown saz1500 on Craigslist and say man I need to get that was I cool back in the day when I had that or what.

I collect a few.

So far,

Macintosh mc 423

Naks, got 2 pa 301's

And..Dont laugh, my main collection is Optimus

Got 2- 25x2, 170, 100, 200. All the Optimus are mint.

I think some will be collecors pieces, but more of a display piece. ppl collect all kinds of wierd shit.
