Will a Batcap help me ?

i am running two amps, a JBL 1200.1 and an RF 300s

my alternator has a capacity of 90Amps

i would like to know if i add a Batcap 300 if it would help my system in anway and prolong the life of my battery ?

also...any other model of batcap to use ?

total of 150 Amps in fuses
