it looks like youll be powering rear speakers off the head unit and pair of 6X9 and pair of tweeters off the 4ch amp, if thats correct it will work/ just set the high pass filter on the 6x9 channels to about 80-120hz and the tweeters about 4-6khz

Did your 300 come with the 3 dash holes for 3in tweets?
I was able to put some soundqubed super tweeters in mine amd just place the wire mesh back on without needing to screw them in place.

They fit perfect.

Thats my plan one day if i can get custom a-pillars done lol, i messed up one door panel trying to make a hole just to give up since the magnet is so huge i have to cut all the metal off the door.
