my two questions are, one will 3 8 inch l7's be louder than say one 15 l7 in a 3.0 cubic ft box with a 1211 rms 1-4 ohm amp?

My second question is which set up will be less of a strain on my electrical system. The 3 8's in the 3.0 cu ft box with the pg x1200.1 1211 rms 1-4 ohm amp or the 15 l7 with the same setup?

if i had the room for a 15 i would get it because a 15 will offer lower end responce than 8's do.

and for your second question i dont really understand as long as the impedence is the same then the strain will be equal

using the same battery, same voltage pull will be the same..
