8w7? Similar subs

I've heard an 8w7 and I much like them, nice output for a little 8 and it was very very clear as well

I've heard that Crystal makes a woofer much comparable to the 8w7.

What subs would match up with the 8w7?

I want to do an interesting install, considering 4 10" AA Assassins or maybe a 15" Superwoofer so to speak that would handle well on 1200w rms.

I have an Orion 1200d to go with, SQL is my goal, any 8's that I should look into?

Not many 8's are compareable to the w7 8 because not many companies waste time on making am otor that can move that far with such little cone area...

those tang band's at parts express might be somewhat close, but the ascendant audio assassin 8's look really nice

Sorry to say, but the W7 is the king of 8's right now.Yes, there are probably some that sound better.But let's see it sound good and get loud.

Im confused, you are going to run four 10's or a single 15 in addition to these 8's? If so, I don't recommend it.

like i said, not many 8's are capebale of 19mm one way and beyond of excursion. JL doesnt even do actually electrical Xmax they simply used the overhung measuremnt i belive. still i could spend 300 on something better. TB's are nowhere near w7's on a level of SQ and missing by quite a bit in output. RE 8's where the closest in output if i remember.

Truthful

No, I'm either getting a 350Z or a RSX Type S, both hatbacks. Amp is an Orion 1200d. Considering a SQL install and as you know, there's not a lot of room.

The 8's, which is just stupid, I was just curious.

4 10" AA Assassins(still a possibility)
