Wierd noise from sub

Ok i just purchased another jl12w0 it was slightly used. Just got it in the mail, so i decided to hook itup to make sure it worked. when its hooked up it works but it has a wierd kinda like vibration noise coming from it. the other 2 jl12w0 do not make that noise. i was wondering what it could be and if there is a way for me to fix it myself.

does it make kind of a scratching sound when you push the cone in?

Are the tinsel leads or wires underneath the cone hitting the cone when it moves?Some people shove the positive and negative connectors on so hard that they bend the terminal part towards the cone allowing the leads to vibrate when the cone moves.

if i push on the bottom of the cone the sound stops all togethor
