Yes she should... dumb bitch didn't bother to take 1 ****ing second to press the lock button on the remote fob. And as a direct result, some thief had the easiest ****ing gear-heist of his entire life. Atleast if the car was locked, he would've had to bust a window or something and the alarm would've gone off.

Ummm no. So if he left his own door unlocked and someone stole his stuff it would be his fault? Just leaving your door unlocked doesn't give someone the right to take your stuff. It makes it easier to steal the stuff but it doesn't make it right. Imagine if the found the person who took the stuff and took them to court. If the thief said "well the door was unlocked so it's his fault I stole it" do you think he wouldn't get charged with anything? Dude shouldn't have let her drive his car. He was just unlucky.

I know if I was a thief I would check to see if a car was unlocked first before breaking in.

Nobody drives my car and if by some chance they DID drive it, I'd certainly make sure it was locked when they got back. Your car is your responsibility. It's too bad there are crooks out there, but it was as much your fault as it was hers. You are both guilty of not locking your doors.

A.) Her car is at a shop i picked her up,

B.) I was very much hammered.

C.) It's my fault for what? If I borrow somebody else's car it's my responciblity to bring it back the same way I got it, and I'd hit lock 30 times on the remote just to make sure I got it, she lacked the ability to do so, her fault, she's paying for it
