Hey moron. I have one thing to point out. YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE. You are completely arguing what Goob can or can't do....... you're saying Goob can't delete BigSix's thread........however.....now above you are saying that arguing isn't necessary.....So I guess YOU are unnecessary?

thevic, since I am on my phone, I don't want to go through the trouble of quoting your posts as well. You realize the ToS we all agreed to in order to register our accounts on this site are a legal document as well, right? Just because you didn't read it doesn't mean it isn't there or real. And as I've already pointed out, part of the ToS involve selling/buying items from here. What was your point again?

I'm not claiming to have authority, speaking for the site owner, or telling others what to do. You are. I'm showing everyone the rules and telling them what's wrong about what happened. I mentioned what I'd do on my site because you told me I'd react differently if this was switched around. I wouldn't. There's nothing illegal going on, and while Goob has the right(because it's in the LEGAL document we all agreed to) to stop things he sees as inappropriate doesn't mean he can't change his mind. Maybe Goob didn't know these were tobacco pipes. He clearly said it was against the rules, not inappropriate. He clearly doesn't/didn't understand the law regarding tobacco pipes.

Free speech and expression is a 2 way street.

You know, it seems every time something like this happens, its always "they dont believe in free speech....".

Goob has the right to free speech and expression as well and can do so with his own property just as you. But if his expressions go against yours, then "he is against free speech" and so on. Well with that, if your expressions go against his, well then you must be against free speech as well. That or you are just a hypocrite, plain and simple.

Show us were its said/law that Goob can't do as he pleases as far as making and changing rules here as he pleases.. Show me.

If you allow me to come into your home but tell me that I can curse all I want as part of allowing me to enter, you can at any time you want, change you mind on that. At any time.

He has the right to change/add any rules he wants to here. Hell if he did not what JL subs sold here he could do so and there is no legal actions to prevent it.
