- Post dumping will not be tolerated. Any post dumping will result in a 7 day ban. No warnings.

- You must post a price. This isnt an auction house. No price and your thread will be deleted without warning.

- No guns will be sold through this forum.

- No links to ebay or threads on other forums. You may post links to a thread started by you, on this forum.

- No selling items that aren't in your possession.

- No selling items while there is 1 unresolved negative feedback against you.

One of your rights as a member is to know the rules with which this site is supposed to be followed. As you can see, BigSix didn't violate the ToS, and didn't break any classifieds rule but Goob's own words were that his topic was against the rules.

Why so misconception and retarded?

He DOES own the site, and we're required to follow the ToS. We're also required to follow any rules the owner lays out. Once the owner and/or moderators have laid out those rules, we're obliged to follow them. If there's an update to the rules that says someone may not post/sell tobacco pipes, then that's perfectly fine. If the owner decides to close the thread for his personal view of "inappropriate", that's also perfectly fine. As a member and a person, BigSix has the right to plea his case. He's trying to sell legal items on the site. Goob, or a moderator, has an obligation to reconsider their view of his topic, especially when he's not condoning illegal activities.
