Phoenix gold is not bankrupt. I just got a new shippment of there new ryval subs and amps+there new sd subs and amps. The company change all there product lines. There solid equipment, not anything over the top or ground breaking. As for the ti elite subs they are very strong+ can be reconed very easy. I had a chance to play with the 12" ti and it can run with some of the big dogs.

if you would read the links that i provided you would see that phoenix gold did, indeed file for bankruptcy. whether or not they got bought out, and are coming back with new owners? dunno, don't care. maybe you should check your sources
