why does the diyma community also sell their crap.

Ive recently read the mecp beginner study guide. Working on certification.
So inductive coupling? IE: noise coming in from outside sources. Try wiring up a seperate head unit outside of where yours is now. If noise is gone, then you know what it is. Isolate each step in the audio chain till you figure out what it is.

Could also try using a capacitor to filter out AC ripple.

I've thought about it. I've also heard fords can introduce noise through the remote wire. And sync is just noisy. I'll just keep using the remote, it's perfect that way.

Easy fix, run a relay to isolate the circuit. Tap into dome light or similar for terminal 30 power. Make sure amperage isnt exceeded at fuse for dome. Most remote wires run less than an amp of power I believe.

Er im an idiot. Dome light wouldn't work. Amp wouldn't turn on unless your light was on :3

Try the memory wire for terminal 30 power. See if you can find a wiring schematic for fuse point. You may have to up the fuse slightly. I highly doubt it but if you do, make sure the wiring is a large enough gauge. Could always run an independent 14 gauge wire for term 30 power if you wanted. .

I've heard multiple cars that use high-level outputs from Sync, and there is zero noise. Maybe you, and the people you know are doing it wrong.

On a separate note, you should let me listen to your car at SBN, so I know what real sound quality is.

How about I listen to yours so I can judge mine? Lego land overruled SBN, I've seen a few trailer queens drive by. There's a good show in Mobile in 2 weeks and Scrappin

I don't know what it is

I'll get around to trouble shooting one day.

If they are using the DSP volume there won't be noise.

I think it's sync. It's noisy in my car too.

I had mine judged at finals last year, received 2nd. Why not take your car to get judged?

When I finish my Fiesta ST, I will be glad to give you a demo. However, I was trained as a sound quality judge and have built a reputation as a fair, unbiased, and reliable judge over the years. I would say my opinion holds a bit more weight than yours //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif That's why I am head judge at SBN this year.

No, all of the cars I've listed to use the stock volume knob as master control, 0 noise.

Well good for you skippy!!

You brag all the time about how great your car sounds, why not prove it? Legoland isn't far from SBN, just stop by for a bit.
I got a judging in 2 weeks. I'm waiting to know myself.

I do hope being so qualified does you well. Lol.

Anyway. I got cool **** to do. Hope to see you at Scrapin.

It has done me well, considering I have gotten to where I am because of my qualifications.

Don't lie to everyone here, you don't have anything to do //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I won't be there, as I have prior obligations.
