Actually when im deployed i dont listen to much music at all except some old school black sabath, metallica, disturbed rock and country, Hel the only time i ever listen to rap is just for teh bass note. Once i get home i just listen to the radio. I know stupid right but hey when your gone for a yr at a time you kinda miss out on what comes out. BTW i love hard bass. I think its fun to see the homies roll up next to you thinking there hard when they got there shit sounding like *** then i turn mine up and rattle there car. LOL brings a smile to my face

For real, i have a few reason.

1) The bass is like an acceptable high, it doesnt hurt, it cant kill me and i wont have to buy rocks of it.

2) Its fun to build, experiment, change things and watch how it changes.

3) I love music in every way, shape and form and manipulation of the reproduction is fun.

i love bass, i can not stand having no bass, its like a drug to me i just love it, but it also gives me something else to do kinda like another hobby.

This! Though I don't do any building of boxes or anything, I love just giving different set-ups a try. I'm not a big music junkie either. I hate most modern rap and hip-hop that plays on the radio and am more of a metal guy. But when it comes to pounding bass, I can't get enough.

I'm slowly working my girlfriend into a small set-up too. Its gonna have to be a walmart brand package, but it'll be something and I think she's close to saying yes.
