I'd like someone to explain the Bone Thugs following.

I've never been able to get into their shit. Honestly I can barely understand them.

It seems like to me that people listen to crappy southern rap (I'm guilty), but no one talks about the Northern artists. I guess no one at all really listens to the crappy northern artists.

I listen to everything(not just rap) and it seems like up north and out west you gotta be serious about your rap skills, mid west you gotta be Super lyrical, and down here we party

He only had three true albums, and they are from a decade ago. Needed more longevity. But, you are entitled to your opinion. There is no doubt that he is one of the originators.

What about Black Through from The Roots?

My thoughts exactly.

I think its the catchyness (yea i made up a word) of southern rap and the beats that get us through the crappy songs.

To me most northern beatmakers arent really that good. I mean yea, swizzy and just blaze hold their own. But, **** who else is there.

They need to get some bass up there.
