Not reading through all of these pages but I really hope people haven't been saying lil wayne and jeezy, if they've been said then that's sad.
You can't really say there's a best but my favorites are Eminem, Tech N9ne, Nas, Jay-z's alright, Tupac (of course), Ice Cube, Royce Da 5'9, Kanye West (has been making incredible music lately), Obie Trice (sick lyricists), Biggie, Lupe Fiasco, and there's a few more.
