Figure out the dimension you have to work with and start crunching some numbers. L*W*H/1728=internal volume. It's sealed enclosure for god's sakes man. Building it to the contours isn't that hard really. It just takes some more measuring. It's the best place for a person to start learning how to go about things yourself. A tape measure, pencil, paper, and a calculator will take you along way. Once you get a rough idea, break out the scrap cardboard and get to making some templates. Get the templates squared away, and you have patterns to cut your panels with. Give it a whirl man, at worst your out $20 and a couple hours of work.
