Who's over the age of 30 and still bumping?

Define "bumping"

I've had a sub or two in all my cars over the past 20 years.

The kids like it when "the seat punches them" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

42 and married 10 yrs with one 5 1/2 year old son, been bumping since I was 19. Getting ready to convert to 1 15 next week and excited about it. I don't like to bump for the neighborhood to hear me but something about clean sound and hard bass after all these years still excites me. These days vs 5 years ago of swapping and buying, etc, etc, it's all about keeping quality stuff and seeing if I can hold on to it for 5+ years and saving as much money as possible.

38 in a few months, don't really know how many kids, but child support is Killing me.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif

.aw man..I just turned 43..I had my first system in 1989..4 M&M Godfather 15's on 2 zapco 220's behind the seat of a '79 Scottsdale rollin on chrome wagon wheels and 33's out back, lol.

I bought a pair of those RF pro 12's that the local shop had got back on recones...I totally thought they had the largest motors around...I think i still have one out in the shop

LOL 46. I started with house speakers. then in like 78 or 79 I remember a pioneer deck, pioneer " power booster" and the best speakers you could get, jensen triaxials. People were blown away with how loud it was was.

Then in the service. Sound creations was the ****. Powered graphic eq and pioneer speakers. Right after the service it was soundstrean and dayton for me.

I fell out for a few years and got back into it in 91 maybe. Then I just got a la sound amp and some jenson subs. I knew right away it was junk and got some RF series1 subs and a hitron mckinley amp. Didnt like the amp and got some PPI amps, Then I scrapped it all and went Kicker solos and some punch 200s. I quit soon after my son was born.

when he hit 15 he asked me if we could put a loud stereo in my camaro... Here we go again...

Man I really miss that Pro 12. I built a large enclosure for it (in the back of my 81 Civic) and put in a 4" diameter port and that thing played the lowest notes I think I might have ever heard. It was awesome.

Hey maybe if you get a chance snap a couple pics of it. I cant find any pics of one online. I ran mine off of a Punch 150.

Yannow I have yet to see someone with gray hair and 50 or 60 plus bumpin in their car. Now thats gonna be something to see for sure.

It might be me even! lol

LOL...one of us for sure..I did the same thing, I took one of those 12's and built,,,IRC 3-3.5 cubes and used 2 3" ports, running off an old 300 watt PPI. It was the loudest single 12 setup around...I remember driving all the way to Shreveport, La to have it measured on the dash, cause I just had to know...139 on Madonna's Vogue..20 yrs ago.
