nah its not a rich area, its more of a middle class type place, and its just a private neighborhood. we pay a fee every month for a private community pool, tennis courts, and a lawn company that cuts our front yard. its a really gay place and i really want to move but thats not gonna happen. we can't even park in the visitor parking, or your car will be towed.

well it may seem and come as a rich neighborhood, but it really isn't. the houses here are about $275-$325k, which is average for this area. and both my parents are public teachers. that should tell it all right there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif. i dont care if everyone thinks i'm rich (i'm not), i buy all my own crap with my own money anyways. i just need a darn a/c lol.

Oh god, those neighborhoods. Ugh. Does the house not have central air?
One thing to consider with those things, is the power use. A well placed fan will coll nicely and use a lot less power.

i agree. i certainly hope you dont pay the electric bill.

yeah i already talked it over with my parents. they have some kinda plan with the electric company where they have the same payment every month all year. it works out so that in when a lot of electricity is used in the summer, the payment is buffered by the smaller amount used in the winter time. so i wont ever have to worry about how often i keep it on.

nah graduated from churchland high. i dont think i could have went to gb high, too many brats. about 90% of those kids are spoiled rotten, really gets on my nerves.

its dominion power. i dont know the fine print in the contract, but it works out so we have the same payment every month.
