who here has hydraulics on the car besides me

how often do you have to charge / replace batterys. i thought about putting hyd. in a car i once had, but strayed away and went with air ride.
Depends on the setup, really. I've done setups for guys that are 'switch *****s' and then I have done little two pump, one dump setups... If you use it a LOT... then you should probably charge overnight once or twice a week... but if you don't ***** it out, I have seen some guys go months without charging. And you can even tie the batteries in with a multiple alternator setup, or HOalt if you wanted to, and be maintainence free.

i think its best to charge them with a mutiple charger than using other was that way you have a good charge to them.

Streetchargers arn't so bad. Not like an Oasis EDC! And batts are not a deal breaker either! I spend $375 and got 4 brand new Optima red tops!
correct me if im wrong, but the oasis most people think of when the name is mentioned is NOT and edc....

sandens and one other type of ac pump can be used to make a edc as well with a little thought put into it.

yeah you can use ac pumps out of old plymouths. Or a pump out of an air brake system but a clutch would have to be incorporated or you can just bypass.

Had on older imp 64 that was pretty much competley restored framed up by me and my dad when I was 18. So was a while ago. I have pics of it, but I would have to take a pic of a pic and then put on here cause have no scanner. Shit was fun while I had it done. Dad was against it, but I paid for half the shit on the car. Then paid almost 2000 for the hydro setup. I ended up bending some of the frame and selling the car for half of what we put into it. So only got 6g's out of it. Took the 289 out of it and dropped a 350 in it. Had about 4gs in just the engeine. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I miss that car! I do see it from time to time as the kid fixed the frame as I didnt have time or any money left, plus I needed a daily driver and was only source of income to get a newer car.
