I eat them.....boil them until they turn red and then sautee them in butter with cajun and creole seasoning.......simple and quite tastey

Edit: i actually eat shrimps cooked Louisianna style, not crawfish.

nope, no dice. shrip and crawfish are two totally different ballgames. you might find more crawfish recipes if you search for langostine or langostinos. thats a fancier name for them. to me they are still good ole crawdads

The same way I cook shrimp. Fill a cooking pot full of beer, add a good amount of Old Bay seasoning, bring to a boil, tossem in and cookem, but don't over cookem. I hate overcooked seafood. When their done puttem in a deep bowl and crack open a few cold beers.

im finding this very hard to believe because shrimp is TEH BOMM.
