i have gotten a carfax many times from people on here and there are always people willing to help others out, even if there arent a ton of them here, i have gotten at least 5 carfaxs from people on this site and didnt pay a dime

And i have seen ton's of people post up and succesfully get free carfax's here, someone just needs to lay off the haterade.

If your not gonna be helpful there's really no need to post. I don't see any reason to get my own unlimited carfax when I probably only will need to use it 1-4 times in the next 5 years. Now kindly STFU.

its a violation of Car fax's TOS to give out info thats not for you

also, if you don have the $20 to do a car fax on a car,how are you gonna afford the car

also again, the car fax doesn't mean jack. My uncle owns a car lot and he says most of the cars have a clean record/title but are severely damaged anyways.

Well I totally understand if someone does not want to run the carfax for me beacuse it is a TOS violation, that is understandable. On another note, it's not that I don't have the money to run the carfax, I'd just rather not spend it if I don't have to...I always try to save money when I can (gotta accumulate it somehow). Think about if you were sellin a sub for say 250 shipped, someone offers you 230 shipped, you counter back with 240 shipped, they may not buy it because they only wanted to pay the 230, even though in reality they could probably afford the 240 if they can afford 230....
