who has bought an amp from online car stereo and had to return it?

do they give u a new one or just repair it? they sent me a broken hifonics brutus bxi 1606d amp i plug rca's into input and amp turns off i plug into output and it turns on but no sound from woofer....GAY and if they did repair it does it work good and didnt break again?
