Thats a Louisianna thing to do. They started permanent grillz back in 200 in the Cash Money Millionaire days with fresh,baby,Juvenile and Lil wayne. TX(Swisha House reign group)started removable grillz down in Houston. also TX started the Pop trunk 5th wheel movement also.

I was thinkin that too. Its been out since I was a little kid. Lowriders and such had them. Ones that moved and shit too, its like TX brought it back I guess, though it never really went away, lowriders havent gone away. just my .02
