Who can fix this?

wow that did not look like that when it left my house. i would guess it was loose already and shifted more in shipping? i would of noticed it being that much shifted

im not sayign it wasnt broken when i sold it to you, i explained it was seized, but it was not shifted that much that is very noticible

box looks in great shape. the motor didn't move any while i was taking it all apart and trying to get the basket and the motor to come apart.

is the one side of the magnet flush with the top plate? or is that just an illusion from the picture? if so it defeniately wasnt that far off

looking at my last pictures of it i can see now again i am sorry and wish i would have noticed it was not intentional in any way
