Whicjh is a better battery for my System Set up?

I was looking into Deep Cycle Batteries to go with my set up...I am currently working on hooking up the Big 3 before my system is fully set up....Once again I am running 2 Kicker Solo Baric L7 12's and a Power Acoustik A3000DB Amp...along with the Big 3 I was thinkin' along the lines of one of these two batteries....

A Stinger SVP44 Deep Cycle Battery

or

a D34 Optima Yellowtop....

does anyone have a recommendation? also if I set it up with the Big 3 and one of these batteries would I STILL have to use a High Output Alternator?
