Which would be louder?

Ive already decided how much power im gunna be usin (800 watts off of an mtx 801d) but i cant decide on which sub(s). Ive narrowed it down to two choices, 1 kicker 12" l7 (getin 800 watts) in a bigger ported box or two kicker l5s (each gettin 400 watts) in a smaller ported box. So which choice do u think will be louder?

Cuz i wanna be safe with stock electrical.

cuz if its 1 ohm stable then u could buy 2-4 ohm DVC and wire it down to 1 ohm...

its not one ohm stable. Its rated at 800w @ 2 ohms
