I like the subs being crooked. The 2 on the outside should point to the one in the middle, and the one in the middle just mounted straight.

yes unfortunatly you are wrong. Liquid nails will work, wood glue works a lot better, it forms a chemical bond with the wood. It will be fine though dont worry.

aint that a ***** , i woulda used wood glue its cheaper and easier to clean up

actually it depends which type of liquid nails you use---there are approx, 25 different types , you just have to pick which one fits your specific needs.
