Would that ebay box work? It's to the sundown x spec. Just kind of worried that the sundown x might not play the higher notes like 40-60hertz that well

A higher tuned enclosure should cover those freq. Like 35-40.

32Hz and below. My enclosure is tuned to 30Hz and will handle those songs easily.

comparing the two woofers is trivial, it simply comes down to quality over quantity, which each driver can shine or lack in respective differing areas, but personally id go with the w7 for clarity with a hell of a kick and less reinforcement to the electrical and amplifier needs to power it.

if ijwb, id take the sundown, but my billfold would kill me.

ok I ain't got no dog in this fight either sub is worth more than my whole system and I know u debating 2 subs but there are other subs to consider that cost less and require less power aren't there? like 1 sa with 1200rms (of course I didn't see what his last 2 subs were)

well shit, tom and i figured out he was just trolling as he claimed to be 15, yet registered in 2011. after bombarding him with an excess of questions taking up tom's time in his alignment service thread and never committing to a service, the ban was well deserved after he stated going in a completely different direction and taking on someone else's service.

btw, kingchonky is an anagram for honkyg nick,... someone who uses his 'nudels'. lmao
