wow did you say not to be slow but get good gas mileage? is there such a creature? if this is what you want get a bike but the cargo area is gonna be a problem. J/K I have a denali...fast- crappy gas, I have a Grand cherokee...fast-good gas(4.0) and awsome sound quality for subs ftmfw, my bike...hauls azz-good gas no cargo, my dodge ram not fast....crappy gas, chevy van def not fast and crappy gas. lol

pathfinder and explorer?

i'd go pathfinder based on gas mileage, reliability, reliability, dependability, oh and, it's not a ford. call me biased, but aside from a few models, fords are piece of shit. as with most domestics. and the rare case that your ford doesn't have a major malfunction.

explorers look pretty good, but a pathfinder is just more refined.

My bro has a 2001 pathfinder fully loaded. Pretty sweet ride, I'd much rather have a landcruiser though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. However, the 4 runner and pathfinder are both great choices.

wow I hate to tell ya man, nothin mentioned is faster? and what denali's have you riddin in? wow you don't even know whats done to my denali? oh wait maybe that not to old 98 LC or wait even yet a more expensive (toyota LC) lx470 THAT WOULD BE HOT, which are both slow and gas pigs???? and you give a 8 or 9 year old suv for an idea that would deff. not have the tech of the newer vehicles, so that would be great if he asked for old, slow, bad on gas, outa date under $8grand and ugly as hell. BTW you ever noticed you always have one in the forum that would rather bash than help:eyebrow:

4 runner can get a little pricy for the specs he was looking for.

i knew someone who owned a 03 pathfinder actually. i drove it into a parked car. i still loved it, great truck. i liked driving it and driving in it.
