Which super sub do i get? Avalanche, IDMAX or RL-p?

Well it's a good deal if you find a used one..... $100 depends on your financial situation. Some might say it's worth it....but the other 2 subs are pretty nice too.

So is it generally regarded that the IDMax is a better sub than the Sound Splinter RL-p?

Depends on who you ask. I have not heard an Rl-p yet myself so I cannot say. Maybe someone who has expirence with both or all 3 will chime in.....

Would the RE SX fit in with the other subs, or are those subs i listed more comparable to the XXX? I wanted an XXX, but i realized its not ideal at all for my box, plus i don't wanna buy a 2000 watt amp, and then have to go and upgrade my electircal system. Plus my car is a ***** Am WS6, anything over 1000 watts would just be insane and unneccesary i think in my car.

XXX is pushed pretty good with 1200wrms but your box is to small. it needs a ncie big box to get going.but wiht how much room you have i think the rlp is the best bet. but u should try and sqeeze out as much room as you can get.it would help jus a lil bit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Not gonna get an XXX anymore, its too expensive, and ill have to invest in other things for that like a bigger box and better electrical system and i don't feel like forking over anymore money already. Basically its between the Ava and the

RL-p. I just through in the IDMax to see if anyone thought it was worthit. RIght now i am running an Infinity Perfect off of a JL 250/1, and im looking for something with similar sound quality, but way more SPL.

Well from my experiance arn't those IDmax's strictly SQL/SQ associated?

They are very efficient and have the best SQ I would say of the three. Personal Opinion

thanks. Looks like i hit a platuau with these three subs, being that they are all pretty equal and its gonna come down to which one i want. Unless people start saying the IDMax is lightyears ahead of the other two, its most likely gonna be between the Avalanche and the RL-P becuase of price. If i get the cheaper sub, i could probably get a better amp, and go for an Orion instead of a Hifonics.
