which subs to use?

i need help with choosing subs.

i had an idea to start of with 4 pioneer subs the 700 max and 350 rms

or else get the premier one 3 800 max and 400 rms

i am putting them in sealed enclosures and 10 inch subs

if you have any better idea's of subs to get plz help

i am looking to spend up to $1400

the subs are going on my rear deck
