Which subs to get???

I don't think I taught him a thing. I really don't think he was paying attention to a word I said.
I'm pretty sure he's running a RF T600-2. That's why I recommended a pair of subs rated for 300 watts each...

There's nothing "wrong" with JL Audio. In fact, they make some nice equipment. It's their pricing and clueless nuthuggers that I have a problem with.

Wow guys...I can feel the hate I guess...And like I said I am not an audio genius by any means... I do have set in my mind 3 subs for some reason... But i was not set on the JLs from the get go, I wouldn't waste my time or yours to keep posting if I had already made up my mind. Misfit, why don't you tell me what 3 subs I should be buying then instead of the JLs??

he needs to get a new amp to run 3 subs, why not just run 2 12's if your worried about cone area, much easier setup

you really need a mono block to run 3 subs

i would just go with 2 12's and step it up to better woofers like

an image dynamics idq12

boston acoustics g3

dc level 2

incriminator audio lethal injection 12

ssa dcon

all great subs

the top 2, boston and idq will sound the best inmho the others will get a lil louder all are better then 3 10 inch w1's and 2 12;s will outshine the 3 10's

i told you before: dc lvl 3s or 4s. if thats too much for you, than 2s
