AA Havoc & FI Q...differences?

Im looking for the biggest differences between these subs as far as how they sound. I know teh AA handles more power,has slightly more xmax. what im looking for is:

1. which is better in the lowest octave,best extension

2.they have similar SQ?

3. can the FI Q handle a sundown 1200D

They're both great subs, I doubt you'd be disappointed with either.

I haven't heard the havoc though, just heard from a few people it sounded a bit nicer and a tiny bit louder. But it's so subjective that eh.
