Hey,, I want deep bass. I tried a 3 inch port fro each 1 and it sounded like shit!!!! I take that back, the mid bass was a killer but the low bass, sounded like shit!!!! I do not kno how to calculate port volume or how to tune a box. I went with a box that I knew was goin to do rite. Can some one calculate a box up for me that will hit highs and lows hard and flawlessly???

Look man look at moe lesters sticky he has plenty of box plans to find what u need. U prolley had the box all tuned either way to high or way to low. U get about 2.5-3.0@32-38hz for each 12" L7 and it will knock ure head off. Make sure to get the 06 models and enough power.

My 1 12" 06 L7 in a 2.6@32hz with 1100rms is almost unbearable for me. The L7s do not **** its ure box building that sucks/thread

you musve used 2 short ports, because there is no way that going 2 3" ports is going to take away your lowbass, it mustve been tuned to 45-50+hz

the 17" long 2" port has to be tuned mighty low to be that long, build a new box, slot port, us a plan from the sticky: 4-5cu ft at around 30-34hz somewhere in there

you cant multiply? lol j/k. but seriously to find the volume, just multiple. and you gotta take into account the thickness of the wood if u didnt do so already
