I have 400 watts to power a single woofer and have lots of trunk space to play with. My options: Treo TSX, Cerwin Vega V max, or, Alpine Type R. I want the best of both worlds so I am going for SQL, any sugestions? Thanks

Wont the RLP and SI require more than 400 watts? As for thw w6, out of my price range...IS the JL W3 a good woofer?

i like the w3's, they aren't as tight i as i thought they would be but they still sound good, you could look at something by Image Dynamics

vega v-max 12's would be my choice, i have the 2004 model of the v-max 12svc and i am very impressed with thier performance. they have a good spl and sql in a spec. ported box, you get the thump and the tight, clear bass, all in one package
