Which sub to go for?

I am planning to install a new 12" sub, but i am between two brands,

Pioneer TS-W307D2

&

Kicker CVR122

Which one do you recommend for Quality Sound Loudness???

I'd say the 12" Kicker CVR in a ported box. They get loud, and have fairly good SQ to me.

Whats you're budget? How much power are you working with? Any particular reason why you want those two? There are other brands probably in your price range which would be better than both those woofers.

My budget is around 80-100$, i can go for any brand if it can deliver the best SQL?

The loudness is not as important as SQ!!!

I was looking at these two subs to, any more input looks like the thread died off before it got some.

ive heard the new cvrs and honestly there was no noticible "lack of sound quality" to me... they sounded alright to me, but maybe ur opinion is different than mine

I got 2 of the new CVRs in a ported box and they slam **** well, while still retaining good sound quality. this things make your noise hairs move, so u gotta itch em lol. Ive also had to tighten down my trunk more because of these beasts. i had last years model of the pioneer sub prior to this, and Kicker is by far the way to go man. ZX750.1 for the sub, if u dont got one already.

Do you have your heart set on these ones and no other? If so i like the Pioneer TS-W307D2

better i don't like kicker at all.
