which sub should i choose

i acctually might go and take a look at a ORION HCCA 12'' DUAL 2 OHM the guy wants 350 but imma try and get it for 300, i really dont want to get a single 12 but i think the orion is just plain sexy...i just have 1 question if i do get it is it possible to run it at 1000rms, if not i hafta upgrade my electrical, i already have the optima yellow top but i hafta big 3 it and get a better alter. but its gonna be a pain in the *** cause my vr6 has the alter tucked away so it will take some time...i hope i can run 1000rms...
