which setup would you choose

alright, i got 2 setups to chose from for some BUDGET bass in my e36 bmw...stress the word budget. cant go over $300 for the whole kit and i dont want to wait any longer for anything else to come up..not competing, just want alittle bump.

setup 1

2 memphis power reference series 12's in sealed box with a kenwood kac-7285 600w max amp ($300) shipped

setup 2

guy states "2 kenwood 12's in sealed box with a kenwood 1000w amp" not positive on model number for subs but the model on the amp in pic shows kac-9152d which is actually the 1800w mono class D. ($230) close to my house, no shipping needed
