Which Setup would be louder?

Whos system would be louder:

two 12" Kicker L7's with a rockford power series 1500 watt amp in an xterra with a ported box

vs

two 12" rockford fosgate p2's with a 1000 watt kicker amp in a land rover with a sealed box

if you could give a 1-10 on each setup that would be very appreciative

1 being not loud

10 being very loud

the first setup has more Potential.. now then no one can come in here and 100% tell you straight up which will be louder.. if they do slap them across the face and tell em to leave cuz they are full of shit
