which rf amp?

i am deciding on getting either the rf le punch 150 or a power t10001bd. both push out about 1000 w. they are both about $300. i plan to push either 2 10" rf punch d4 hx2 or pg rsd-d. which amp would you choose? any experience with either one or another in the same line. tia.
