I wouldn't throw the DD in a small sealed enclosure like you want.

Maybe thats the optimal box for the TC and not for the RL-i...the way these two drivers will preform is totally install dependant.

That's the point; he was asking about a .5 sealed enclosure. The RL-i really wants to be ported as well as the DD but space may be limiting this.
