Which one is the better amp?

KENWOOD KAC-9102D- 850 Watt RMS Mono amp

MA Audio HK798-800 Watts RMS

Both at 2 ohm load for 2 single voice coil 4 ohm 12 inch subs, which one would be better for power, and sound quality in a sealed enclosure, and would either one be better than a Audiobahn 8000T performance wise?

i am not a big fan of Kenwood or Audiobahn amps and i dont know much about the MA audio but i can tell you that Rockford has some really nice amps.

I use to have a HK798 and it was very overrated and i have used the kenwood and it is definitely better than the MA but its a little overrated.
