Which one? I need help.

I asked this before, But i finally got the cash now. Im debating between the Pioneer Avic-D1 and the Kenwood DDX8017.

I have a Kia Sorento EX, with lux. which has the premium system. Its a system many GM trucks have. So if people worked with GM trucks, i think you could compare it. I plan to JUST replace the headunit. Which headunit would make the biggest difference in audio quality with the stock system? Which is the best bang for the buck? Is the SRS worth it?( id get the DDX7017 version, if its not). Navigation on the pioneer good? I just cant decide between the two. Pioneer has the nav. But i think the kenwood has better audio? I like how the kenwood has RDS. Both have pros and cons... guys please help me. Which do you think would be the better purchase?

Dont care about DVD playback. I don't NEEED the nav, but i do like it, and could always add it to the kenwood at a later time.. guys, gals, please help!

the price for the kenwood nav is over 1000$$ MSRP, like another one of the units, i would get the pioneer cause of all the features, and the rants and ravs about how good they are. oh and t his is because the questions that have been asked over and over have been answered over and over so epople have answers, when people make threads like this( i made one for my clarion also) they tend to not know cause its never really been asked before.

Ah, I don't know what to do. lol. the pioneer has nav, but i think the kenwood has more overall features... but cost $$$ to get nav on the kenwood... anyone deal with either of these units? any pros/cons? I hear bad things about the nav on the pioneer, but everything else on the unit is ok...

Also on the ddx8017 does the SRS really work?
